John,
The desired location for nozzle tip calibration is the center of the bottom camera crosshairs and should the same for all nozzle tips (so there should be no need to have separate fields for each tip).
Assuming you have Advanced Calibration enabled, then the desired location for nozzle tip calibration is shown on the Advanced Calibration tab as the first item in the Calibration Results/Diagnostics section (and you can easily move the nozzle to that location by right clicking in the camera view and selecting Move Selected Nozzle to Camera in the pop-up menu) - it is not operator editable because it is set as part of the Advanced Calibration process. The location shown on the Position tab is where the center of the crosshairs should be if Advanced Calibration is disabled. I'm assuming after you ran Advanced Calibration, you must have edited the location fields on the Position tab; most likely so that the "Position the tool over the center of the location" button (on the Position tab) centers the nozzle tip on the crosshairs - that is not the correct thing to do. Do not change those fields when Advanced Calibration is enabled (the GUI is a bit lacking here as it should probably disable them when Advanced Calibration is enabled). You may be able to recover without have to recalibrate by doing the following:
1. Go to the Advanced Calibration tab and uncheck the "Enable Advanced Calibration to override...." check box.
2. Go to the Position tab and manually jog the nozzle tip so that it is centered on the crosshairs and capture that location.
3. Go back to the Advanced Calibration tab and check the "Enable Advanced Calibration to override...." check box.
4. Verify when you right-click in the camera view and select Move Selected Nozzle to Camera in the pop-up menu, that the nozzle tip moves near to the center of the crosshairs (it doesn't need to be exact as the nozzle tip calibration should compensate for any remaining small offsets).
