Slow feeder tape peal - add delay before pick

Hi, 

I have a problem that on my T-2 feeder, one of the part has a really sticky peel tape, most times it is ok, but sometimes the auto feeder is very slow to peel.

As such the vacuum head will not able to pick a part.

Is there any way to add a delay after the auto feeder feed command and before pick action?

XY movement can be done before/during this delay but the Z to pick the part up shall be delayed.

Any ideas welcome
