Hello friends.
After many tests and hours of prototyping I finally have a decent working electric feeder with only a few common parts and 1 hour of printing, with good repeatability. I have already tested in several batches of pcb assembling.

Please have a look and tell me what you think.

Simple and seams to work - how reliable is it ?

thanks for the comment. i do not have problems so far. it just works. the only problem was that in some tapes, paper mostly, some parts were lifted with the peeling tape so I added a small piece of stencil to hold them down.

Very much interesting. Can i get more details about? I personally was lookin for some very small size feeder system.

1. How the tap is driven forward? Peeling of cover drives the tape forward?
2. What about accuracy and reputability of the whole feeder setup?
3. Can i get more details about electronics' or logic of the whole working?

Will this sensor work with transparent plastic tape ? Did you test it ?

hmm I did not test it with transparent tape but I think it will not work since the light will actually pass through! as a matter of fact I did not even think of transparent tape cases as I never had to use one.
maybe if i painted the edge black with a marker. interesting. I will try this!
