Hello everyone.
I finished my own controller for Ray Feeders (T2 Feeders) USB<->RS485 + USB <-> 4 Vacuum sensors.
It's bridge all Mxxxx cmd from USB to RS485 and back, and if you send M105x or M106 (status) answered with current Vacuum on x nozzle.
So it's work perfectly in "Absolute sense mode" with one nozzle, or 2 nozzles small sizes like 503 and 504, But if i set 503 and 506 together the headache coming.
Below the table with sensors answer:
Only 503: (M1051)
nozzles without part - 1950....2000
nozzles with part) - 2850....2880
Only 506: (M1052)
nozzles without part - 370....450
nozzles with part) - 2300....2350
Nozzle 503 with Open second nozzle 506
nozzles without part - 1300....1350
nozzles with part) - 1900....1950
Nozzle 506 with Open second nozzle 503
nozzles without part - 270....310
nozzles with part) - 1720....1780
I tried to switch into difference mode but any settings return part not found, i don't understand where is my mistake
in difference i set min and max value and set difference between open and close, read value is correct (between min and max) when part is grab but answer - the part isn't found.
Do you have work example in a difference mode ?
