The Liteplacer camera is not the best choice because of it's
automatic exposure that cannot be switched off. It is hard to tune
stable pipelines if the exposure is constantly changing (and
lagging behind).
Other than that: Why not? Is it not working?
Note: the settings are on a separate White Balance tab, just in case you expected them among the Device Settings sliders:
