microsmt PNP v..2? 3? assembly question..

Hi all,

A buddy bought a microsmt frame assembly from.. I think Aliexpress. My friends not a fan of mechanical work so I'm assembling it for him.

I was following a 3rd party Youtube video on how to assemble the frame.. then found another one by the seller (bing luo I think is their Youtube?).. Neither seem to have an answer for this:

The measurement from table to the vacuum heads is clearly critical.. but on the two videos,  one mounts the bars where the table bolts onto down at the bottom.. and the other doesnt show any kind of measurement.. 

Does anyone have some sort of measurement I should be aiming for? The attached pic shows what Im working with.

The spacing is 52mm, which I have indicated in the picture. In the past, we sold many frameworks separately, but later someone sold frameworks at half of my price, so we stopped selling frameworks. So the installation demonstration you saw on YouTube was changed to be locked with a 45mm screw, with a fixed height.
