I'm DIYing openpnp's smt machine
Most of the settings are basically completed
However, the effect of the SMT job is very poor, as shown in the picture, the resistance of 0603 test
The position of the components of the pcb is more or less correct
However, the location of the components is very outrageous

Suspected that the bottom visual did not align the components
Elements are always slightly tilted as shown
Open the pipeline and find that the component is detected normally
I can't figure out what's causing the bottom vision not to autocorrect now

I had something like this when my rotary stepper was wired incorrectly, so the vision corrections were applied backwards.

Or it's just not rotating the correct amount for the given command.  First verify that when you rotate the nozzle tip using the jog buttons that it rotates (when viewed from the top of the machine) in the same direction as the jog button indicates.  Then put a mark on the side of the nozzle and using the jog buttons, rotate it 360 degrees in one direction and verify that the mark returns to the exact same position (also watch it to make sure it makes only one complete rotation for 360 degrees of commanded rotation).

Thank you, I accidentally discovered that the direction of the rotating motor was wrong. I corrected the direction of the rotating motor in the configuration of the smoothie motherboard. Now the SMT effect is much better.
