OpenPnP support for the Qihe TVM802B Standard — tested v1.0.0 release

Hello OpenPnP community,

We have completed and tested an OpenPnP-based software package for the standard Qihe TVM802B pick-and-place machine.

The implementation works with the original TVM802B hardware and includes:

- communication with the original TVM802B controller;
- homing and safe X/Y/Z motion;
- control of the N1/N2 nozzles;
- original moving and upward cameras;
- camera multiplexer and lighting control;
- standard drag feeders and prick-pin sensors;
- safe tape advance without the unsafe FIFO method;
- Pick, Bottom Vision, Place and Discard operations;
- feeder component detection with retries and recovery;
- manual board and placement teaching using the moving camera;
- automatic PCB surface Z calculation using the holder Z and PCB thickness;
- Ukrainian interface localization;
- a ready-to-run Windows distribution and machine configuration.

The Standard v1.0.0 release was tested on a real Qihe TVM802B machine. It is intended for the standard machine configuration. Custom options such as an additional USB upward camera, solder-paste dispenser and automatic nozzle changer are not included in this release.

This is currently a community-maintained OpenPnP fork/configuration rather than an official upstream OpenPnP integration.

Could the OpenPnP project please add information about Qihe TVM802B support to the supported machines documentation or point us to the correct place and format for submitting it?

We are ready to provide configuration files, technical details, test results and additional documentation if required.

You may request permission to edit the Wiki and reference your fork
yourself.
I myself would prefer if you would add the TVM820B support as dedicated
machine to OpenPnP. There are already other machine specific
implementations like Neoden4 or PandaPlacer where you can take a look
how they did it. IIRC the OpenPnP project has been setup to support
custom machines where the implementations it not as strictly validated
as the OpenPnP core (reference) functionality. This shall cover exactly
your case.
