Who knew? Ikea sell ring lights J $20 AUD each.

TLDR; Buy light, drill hole through it, fix wiring, install camera.

Hi

Can you please make one image for some TQFP package or some SOIC package that can see  how that will be on real ?
Soldering pin need look to camera .

I’m mounting it to the machine at the moment so I’ll get some better photos when it’s done.

I thought about buying something similar from ebay, but the hardest part is getting the right diffuser that prevents glare on all the shiny surfaces.

From the markings on the camera I think it’s this one:

It’s got a 2.8mm lens. I’m using it for top vision.

For bottom vision I’m going to use a rpi camera (v1) as it’s got higher resolution and better picture quality.
