Helping a beginner to get parts that are not more available in market

Hello.
I just got acquainted with this wonderful group and decided to make my first pick and place device.
But at first, I noticed that many of the parts that are in the canvas list and are from ebay or various sites are no longer available.(List)
For example, you can find a seller again for many parts according to the part number, but some parts like "Small" Nozzle with specifications FUJI CP6/CP643 0.7/1.0/1.3/1.8 nozzle for smt pick&place machine copy new are no longer available at all.
Or, for example, for the Z Axis Linear Carriage with the Hiwin MGN7H Block specification (which is no longer available by the suggested link), there are different lengths that are not mentioned in the description. Or, for example, NEW Clippard Minimatic 10-32 Pneumatic Exhaust Muffler Stainless Air Fitting, which I could not find.

Search for Fuji CP6 to find nozzles on aliexpress, there are lots of them.

If you want to use a Chinese translator, use Taobao.com. You can get things for substantially lower cost and more options.
