Welcome to the OP Weekly Newsletter Hey folks, We've got a special event for you to get excited about this Tuesday coming: We're teaming up with the VSO (Volunteer Service Overseas) Bristol Supporter Group so we can participate in the VSO Bristol group’s regular meet up.  This will be a great opportunity to find out more about VSO and the experiences of people who get involved - or just come along and meet with others who are committed to sustainable development. Geri Skeens, who recently returned from a VSO placement in Rwanda where she helped YWCA Rwanda to market handicrafts, will be giving a short talk about her experiences. Geri will also be comparing three different business models for exporting handicrafts - a member organisation, a co-operative and a pro-poor export business. You’ll also have a chance to support Rwandan artisans in the evening by buying some of their beautiful creations. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday 6th September from 6.30pm for food share, talk starts at 7pm.
