Question Regarding Data (coordinates-station names)

Hi, i have download the torrent with the following packages.

DBFahrplaninfo_2012_06.zip, DBFahrplaninfo_2012_09.zip,fahrinfo_WINKOMP526_2012_06.zip,fahrinfo_WINKOMP526_2012_09.zip

I extracted the DBFahrplaninfo_2012_09 package. I am initially looking for the train station coordinates in Germany and the names of the stations .

I have opened the plankgeo_data.json (Are these the coordinate based on Id.) Which file describes each station.?

Is there any documentation describing folders /subfolders you can refer me to.
