New volunteers and discussions on the Github

Dear all, 

those of you who use openpiv-python version might want to join us on the new Discussions https://github.com/OpenPIV/openpiv-python/discussions and suggest the missing features, new ideas, things that you think can help to grow the community, etc. 

There are also a new group of volunteers that we'd try to hire to help with the openpiv-python, see here https://github.com/OpenPIV/openpiv-python/issues/288
