repeated URL args

This is cute:

http://<hostname>/user/login?r=/user/login?r=/user/login?r=/

Happens if I'm on the login page, but instead of logging in, I click the "sign in" button again, and again.

P.S. Is there a bug tracking system somewhere? Happy to enter these things there instead.
