Service Alerts - RTGTFS

Hi,

We see that there are no service alerts for the NS Trains in the Service Alerts feed - http://gtfs.openov.nl:80/gtfs-rt/alerts.pb

Should there be alerts for the agency in this pb file? or is there a separate feed we need to use?

There was no separate feed planned. But I also notice that the current
active "messages" are less than 10, but not available either.
