Bus stops at http://v0.ovapi.nl/stopareacode

Hi, I am a beginner mobile app developer and want to make an app showing bus stops around and departure time for suitable buses. Mainly for educational purposes. I've found a great source - v0.ovapi.nl/stopareacode for collecting data, but there is a problem - the json file doesn't contain all existing stop areas. Does anybody know where I can find some free API for this purpose? I am not ready yet for work with GTFS directly.
