Linn-Benton Community College is hiring an OER and Course Materials Affordability Faculty position. This position will work on the Albany (OR) Campus with a possibility of some remote work. Position closes Feb 27.

Job Summary: Facilitate the adoption of high-quality, affordable instructional materials, including open educational resources (OER), through advocacy, training, outreach, organization, assessment, and collaborative efforts with faculty, students, staff, administrators, and the community of open education leaders. Provide leadership and instruction in the discovery, access, use, evaluation, and promotion of open educational resources, online learning objects, course design, and other high-quality alternative course materials. Manage projects adapting and creating open educational resources from a collaborative, faculty-driven perspective. Administer grant funds with support from LBCC administrative staff and investigate, write and serve as PI as needed on external grants. Design, create, and update informational and instructional materials.
