A workgroup in Oregon is developing a toolkit that affordability advocates can use if their institution puts out a request for third-party store proposals. So far we've drafted an outline and compiled some resources.
Do you have information to add? Please comment in our draft:
Third Party Store Contracting Post. Comments will be most useful by March 7, and shared resources will be most useful to future readers if they are openly licensed.
All comments are helpful, and we are also looking for some specific information:
- Has anybody tried submitting an internal proposal in response to an RFP?
- Does anybody have templates for working with leadership or workflow docs for successful transition to a new vendor? (These are currently resource gaps.)
- Do you have lessons learned that you would like to share? Please add to the end of the outline!
