    • April 16th: Virtual Stop (5:00 – 7:00pm): This is an opportunity for anyone to testify who couldn’t make it to any other roadshow event!

    • 2025 Oregon Virtual Statewide OER Symposium. Celebrate 10 years of Oregon’s open education community of practice and find takeaways to apply in your own open education work. Register by April 25 and join us on May 2, 2025, 9-3. 
    • Call for OER Mini-Grant Proposals. Open Oregon Educational Resources is offering mini-grants of $300 for very small open education projects that will take approximately 6 hours of work to complete before June 30, 2025. Apply by May 9.
    • Grant Proposal Q&A. The current call for OER grant proposals is due June 20. Bring any and all questions to this drop-in session and get some answers! May 15, 2-3.
    • Register for the Equity and Open Education Faculty Cohort by June 13. Participants will earn a $200 stipend upon completion of “Part 1- Explore” (July 7-August 8) and will have the option to earn an additional $300 stipend in “Part 2- Implement” (August 11-Sept 5).
    • Call for Proposals: Open Educational Resources Grants. Open Oregon Educational Resources seeks grant proposals that implement high-impact, culturally relevant/inclusive, collaborative projects in support of open education and reduced textbook costs in lower-division courses. Proposals are due June 20.
    • Register for a Virtual OER Review Workshop taking place on one of three dates: August 5, 1pm–2pm; August 6, 5pm–6pm; or August 7th, 12pm–1pm. After the workshop, you’ll receive a $200-$300 stipend for writing a review of an open educational resource.
    • Oregon community college and university instructors who teach courses for preservice teachers are invited to register for aVirtual Summer Convening on September 8, 2025. Participants will receive a $400 stipend (and a $100 childcare stipend if applicable). A $750 grant is also available for preservice faculty toredesign and pilot your course by June 30, 2026, using open educational resources with an equity lens.
    • Sign up by October 14, 2025, for Open Oregon Educational Resources tosponsor your registration for virtual attendance at theOpen Education Conference, October 28-30, 2025.

Open Oregon Educational Resources seeks grant proposals that implement high-impact, culturally relevant/inclusive, collaborative projects in support of open education and reduced textbook costs in lower-division courses.
