Reset all users acceptance to terms of use

I have changed the terms of use. How can I reset all users acceptances so that they see the new terms of use on next login and have to agree once again?

I have one more question: 

Is there an endpoint in the REST-Api that tells me, who has accepted the terms-of-use?

(Or indirectly, by getting the timestamp of the last successful login.)

No, sorry. You can make a query on the database to get this information, you need to join the properties with the identities table.
