I am the Privacy Officer at IMSA.EDU. We use Open O Chem. Who can I contact to about getting a Data Privacy Agreement signed? Illinois passed legislation that requires it (e.g. Illinois Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA).

Are any other Illinois K-12 schools having to comply with SOPPA with respect to Open O'Chem? How are you managing this? Do you have a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA)?
