Hi all,

I'm working on a project to do some skeleton tracking using a depth
camera we have in the lab - SwissRanger SR4000, and OpenNI looks
ideal. It looks like I just need to implement a sensor driver, but I
can't find any documentation on doing this. The source tree of the
OpenNI sensor is a bit hairy for me to comprehend as it is on github.
Is there documentation anywhere else? Or is anyone familiar with it
and can give me some hints? I'd love to release this sensor driver
GPL'ed on github as well.

Thanks,

Thiru

Hi Thiru

Have you already found out something? I would also be interested in
using the SR4000 and other 3D cameras with OpenNI.

Hi, guys:

Can you share what you find?  I have the same requirement.

Thanks

Look at Tomoto's kinectsdk to openni bridge - it presents the streams it reads from the windows SDK to OpenNI as a depth sensor
