Painting, ceiling work, interior woodwork, and electrical trim are in progress. Terrazzo flooring is complete on floor B1. Installation of exterior wall panels is complete and exterior stone work is now in progress. Atrium stair treads are in progress. Curb and gutter work will start next week on the west side. Roofing is in progress on the penthouse.

The roof and penthouse roof elevated slabs have been poured. Installation of piping, duct work, and conduit installation in the walls and ceilings is progressing on floors B2 through L4. Masonry walls are in progress on floors L1 and L4. Elevator columns and beams are being installed. Framing of the electrical rooms are in progress. Installation of exterior wall panels on the west elevation is in progress.
