How should I use files generated after compilation, such as kernel files, I don't know the difference

I find that OpenNetworkLinux/REPO/stretch/packages/binary-amd64, there are 4 typies of files as follows, what is the difference among them?

onl-platform-config-x86-64-accton-wedge100bf-32x-r0_1.0.0_amd64.deb

onl-kernel-4.14-lts-x86-64-all_1.0.0_amd64.deb
