python27.dll is missing

I think I already have the Win7 AMD 64 bit python27 installed.
I installed wxPython fine and tested the import.

However when I open the nero exe I get python27.dll is missing.
I don't have visual studio. Is there any way to build a 64 bit
version of nero?

I had the same problem and I uninstalled python and wxPython and
installed the 32bit version and everything worked...

The problem is I already have 64 installed and using on other stuff.
Seems like it should be able to be compile with 64 if someone can walk me through cmake and finding an open source compiler.

It's been years since I've had owned visual studio.

If you dont want to build it yourself and running the 32-bit version
is an acceptable workaround, check out my response to the other
similar question (step by step intro) in this google group:

I got it working for myself. Also, check out my kluge for saving
