World Factbook Cross-Referenced Country Codes Added - codes.csv

Hello,
If anyone follows along I've added a new codes.csv [1] file that
includes all cross-referenced country codes (from Appendix D)[2] e.g.
GEC, ISO (A3, A3, NUM), STANAG, INTERNET.
The new tabular data file gets auto-built (generated) using a web
scraper script [3].
