Hello,
I've added a new page history.md [1] to the world factbook to keep
track of changes e.g. countries added, dropped, renamed, etc.
The main source is the official What's New [2] page and the
unofficial Wikipedia page Changes in The World Factbook [3].
If anything is missing, let us know. Cheers.
