Dear Partners,
As part of the routine MozART data quality process and standardization, I would like to request your support with some details of the last ePTS database submission by answering the following questions:
1. What tool did you use to convert the data (shared at eSaude, custom or modified)?
2. What was the source of the MozART template for Access used in the conversion (shared at eSaude, custom or modified)? Would appreciate if you could also share the template with me only.
Depending on your answers we may followup with each partner individually for further clarifications.
I appreciate your collaboration.

1. What tool did you use to convert the data (shared at eSaude, custom or modified)? Shared at eSaude and we made slight change in order to hide patient NID
2. What was the source of the MozART template for Access used in the conversion (shared at eSaude, custom or modified)? Would appreciate if you could also share the template with me only. shared at eSaude. Of course see attached
