PGD in Health informatic-part time/distance learning

Dear Health Informatic team,

I just want to know if there is a distance/part time program for Health Informatics at Moi university or other universities in Nairobi. I'm prefer to take PGD (Post Graduate Diploma) or certificate program in Health informatics in any better university

any one who can supply me more info would be much appreciated.
