Does anyone have a module that can be used by clinicians to upload images e.g. xrays?

I think I just heard something this week about uploading xrays in Bhutan.

 

You might want to send a personal email to Saptarshi Purkayastha <sun...@gmail.com>, and see if he was talking about uploading images, or just interpretations.
