From my brief testing on 19 May.
Initial Encounter Form issues.
TB information is duplicated in two different sections.
1. In the initial HIV care registration data section it asked about TB
prophy and treatment.
2. Several paragraphs below in the TB section it again asks about
prophy and treatment status. These are duplicate questions and the
form will accept different discordant information in each section.
