External Contributions to OpenMPF

Hi there!

I'm with a company contracted to support media forensics R&D work at DARPA. We've been directed to take a peek at OpenMPF because potential partners rely on it.

I wanted to get an initial conversation going to ascertain how contributions could flow back to OpenMPF if we ever pursued integration in any fashion.
