Dear transport modelers,
I just stumbled upon this publication of Cris Mutel’s community BONSAI presenting the carculator, a tool to assess the Well-to-wheel (or -to-well?) emissions of vehicles as shown below. They consider both foreground and background emissions going through different calculation and design steps. For researchers focusing on emissions of vehicles, this seems to be very interesting but I was also thinking about an interface between emobpy and carculator since you have possibilities to take individual EV consumption into account.
Cheers from Stuttgart
Niklas
