EUA ETS (CO2) price source for automatic extraction?

Dear All,
Can anyone recommend a source to extract data on the price of emission allowances? More concretely, I'm interested in the Futures product, Dec22 contract. To my understanding, EEX's or ICE's terms of use do not allow for automatic data extraction.
If spot price would be available too then I would probably like to extract it, however I'm not sure how relevant it is - what volume/share of the allowances goes through there? If I recall correctly, the recent findings were that there's the largest share of speculators on the spot market?
Searching for this information, I was very surprised that this "CO2 price", an instrument by the EU which is an important driver for energy price, is 1) not available on some official website with an open access and 2) complicated to find and understand for a common man, not determined to dig through stuff. What do you think of that?
