Hi all

Just cross‑posting from the PyPSA chat service — duly anonymized.  Aside from the fact that PyPSA‑Earth doesn't seem to install cleanly 😬, this is a wonderful example of how open source works in practice (cs major = computer science undergrad program in the United States, GH = GitHub repository).

Hi Robbie,

Thanks for spreading the word. Indeed a great example of why open source works.
Also, we solved the issue. Running the IDE (VScode) without administrator rights on Windows was the issue.
