Dear openmod community,

We have just posted a proposal on the forum regarding the next openmod workshop in 2026 and would love to get your input and feedback there:

In short: Our team at INATECH – University of Freiburg (Germany) is volunteering to host the workshop in late September 2026. We are currently looking at two potential windows:

September 21–22, 2026
September 28–29, 2026

Before we dive into the formal planning, we want to ensure these dates work for the community and see if there are any other hosting proposals on the table. We’ll be monitoring the forum thread for the next two weeks for your comments and suggestions.
