Looking for a German shapefile

Hi all,

Does anyone know where to get a shapefile containing the four TSO zones of the German power system?  I've been looking around for an hour now and not found anything :(  It makes me wonder if there should be a 'spatial' section on the OPSD website.

We had that same problem some time ago and found that the TSO zones follow the borders of the Bundesländer quite well if not precisely. You can find some pictures of the TSO zones to figure out which ones goes where.

To add to this, the Bundesländer correspond to NUTS-1 regions (DE1, DE2, ...) - maps of these are available from Eurostat:
