Flux loose on boundary

Hello everyone.
I'm working right now on adding hexagonal lattices.
I'm trying to make hexagon with 6 surfaces.
Then I cut this hexagon out of container rectangular region with complement.
But in the end, when I plot spatial fluxes, I see, that the fluxes in the rectangular region is zero. It's obviously wrong. Moreover, if you zoom in boundary of hexagon and container you will see some strange flux behaviour.
