Respected developers and community members, greetings.

The challenge I face is how to obtain the grid number associated with the OpenMOC FSR region. Specifically, my aim is to regenerate a graph (based on OPENMOC grid data, flux calculation results, etc.). I can access the fission rate using the computeFSRFissionRates() function. However, I am unsure how to obtain the precise ID number corresponding to each FSR to maintain consistency with the fission rate. Could you provide guidance on how to retrieve the specific IDs of flat source regions in OpenMOC and correlate them with their geometric dimensions?

Hello

There has been a recent post last week about using the geometry.getFSRId routine to go from a point to a FSR. I think you should be able to use this technique to get the FSR ids for consistently chosen points
