SSL Certificate Expired

Hi team,

The SSL certificate for openml.org has just expired. This breaks Scikit-Learn's fetch_openml() function so plenty of Machine Learning projects must be broken right now.

Could you please update the certificate soon?

Hi Aurelien,

Is this still a problem? I had problems accessing the site in my browser yesterday, but currently it (only) gives a warning.
