Hi all,

I asked a friend of mine, Albert Legaspi, who is a professional designer, to come up with a logo for the project. See attachment. Comments and thoughts are welcome!

I would suggest a simpler graphic though I like the sentiment.  Perhaps a few different ideas...

Hi John,

I believe this is the "high definition" logo which will then be simplified for the smaller version (e.g. icon size). I guess one simplification would be to reduce the number of blocks.

I still think we should "try" a few other completely different ideas.  If that's OK.

What else evokes "open" "microscopy" and "software"?
