How do I get the red button to show up in Vista Media Center?

Hi Chris,
Short answer: You can't.
Long answer: No version of Windows Media Center has support for interactive services, even though one day it might.
Try getting DC-DVB working, and then using OpenMheg to run the apps.
Granted, its not the easiest currently, but it's improving.
