Preparations for our face-to-face

Dear all,

first of all, thanks to everyone who pushed this effort in the last
few weeks as I was AWOL due to work becoming ever more crazy.


The most important thing is that everyone who is planning to attend,
remotely or on site, reads through all issues we currently have.
Adding new issues and/or commenting on the existing ones is highly
encouraged.

Ben and Jeromy created an agenda, if you didn't do this already,
please review and add stuff you think is worthwhile. Of special
interest would be similar systems which already proved they work at
scale. Overall, we will favour discussion over talks. Ideally, we will
have at least rough consensus (as per IETF) for most if not all issues
at the end of these two days.

To ease planning for food, travel to and from the airport etc, I
created a sheet. As it's linked from a public list, I left out the
usual "phone number" column.
