FYI: Kubernetes stats tool emitting OM

FYI: I started hacking on a little tool that emits OpenMetrics, see
https://github.com/mhausenblas/krs

One can argue that something like this can be implemented using
Prometheus as well and I acknowledge this fact. Note that krs is
certainly not a replacement for Prometheus, more like an attempt to
apply the Unix philosophy (do one thing and do it well) in the area of
resource stats (number of pods, deploys, svcs, etc. per namespace).
It’s really more akin to
https://github.com/kubernetes-incubator/spartakus and aims at
Kubernetes namespace admins and appops, having a lightweight
diagnostics and troubleshooting tool at hand. Early days really, but
would appreciate feedback ;)
