Similar project for windows platform?

Hi all, this is my first post here. I found openmeta very interesting,
is there any similar project that you know about for windows platform?

A framework as OpenMeta do not think that exists. There are
applications
for tagging.
Tag2Find <http://www.tag2find.com/> is the best available,
unfortunately
the project seems discontinued.
Another sw is TaggedFrog <http://lunarfrog.com/> carbon copy of
Punakea (I
do not know if it works equally well)
