to Melody Announcement Mailing List
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, or not, you subscribed to
a mailing list through which you would receive announcements about
Melody, a community driven fork of the popular Movable Type publishing
platform. The mailing list was touted as a "low volume" mailing list.
I am happy to report that we lived up to that end of the bargain, but
at the expense of actually providing you with any announcements.
Something we now hope to remedy. :-D

So without further ado, I am happy to announce the general
availability of Melody 1.0 Release Candidate 1. This release is
significant because it marks the end of Melody's beta, and (hopefully)
the last release before we launch the last and final build for Melody
1.0.

The number of changes that are in this release when compared to
Movable Type 4 is extensive enough that I don't think you want me to
link to them here. Instead, I thought I would provide you with some
links you may find useful.
