Cannot Share Screen on Demo Site

Hi,
First of all Excellent implementation.
I have not been able to share my screen using the demo site on any of my computers.  I have been trying on various windows versions win7 and xp.
On both Operating system the JNLP file "seems" to load (See below).  And once completed, I am still not able to share my screen.  Note, I have added the site as  a trusted site and enabled all activities.  Can someone give me a hint as to how to proceed?

there was an error with the last update, some files been missing to update, retry now and it will startup again.

Thanks..  It seems to work now.
On an other topic.  The scheduling feature has never worked correctly for me.  If I try to schedule a meeting for the same day the system allways replaces the time with a new time the following day.  Is this a known bug?  BTW-- I am in timezone -5.

did you set your correct timezone in the user profile?

Yes.  It has been set to "etc/-5.."
Is there another setting I eed to check?
