Hi,
Is it possible to import a list of users including a password ? (eg 400 users)
how can it be possible with the codage of password ?
Thank you for your response,
Anne

Bonjour
Anne

Thank you Sebastien,
here it is what i understand :
If i can create a users.xml file with all the user's data -> i will change it in the backup and then import in the system
The following question is : how can i create the "codage" of the password ?
how can i "translate" the password to this : 4fc6ebe92da4639ebffff24067a5a23b for example ?
Thank you for the response,
Anne
(is it a problem if i translate my question into french in this forum ? Is that more clear ?)

Merci Sebastien,
Merci !

Hi Anne,

no sorry I can't read French good enough to read & answer in French :)

The password is an usual MD5 String. You can generate the PWD with any
programming language or some command line program.

But of course you cannot de-crypt the password from the hash ^^
