Administration > Configuration
the key default_lang_id => set to your language ...

Hi,

Sebastian has de good response, but if like me, you ssearch the default_lang_id number, look in the "languages.xml" file.  Mine is located at "/opt/red5/webapps/openmeetings/languages".  It could be at a different location according to your operating system.
