Cann't update the OpenMeetings to Newest Version

I'm using the revision 3675,
And I try update it to
version that we get from
svn (svn checkout http://openmeetings.googlecode.com/svn/branches/dev/)

I'm following the steps of page below:
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/UpdateOpenMeetings

But something strange happens:
I can't find the files: openmeetings/maindebug.swf8.swf
and openmeetings/main.swf8.swf
at version revision from svn.

After replece the files indicated,
except the files indicated above;
at the UpdateOpenMeetings page,
the OpenMeetings doesn't works.

But when I replace the files
openmeetings/WEB-INF/lib/openmeetings.jar,
openmeetings/WEB-INF/lib/openmeetings-templates.jar
and openmeetings/config.xml
by the older files the
OpenMeetings back to works
again.

PS: I'm using the ubuntu server 11.04.

Hi Marques,

your description is a little bit irritating. You are refering to the
wrong Update instrations?
The image of the System Backup on top is quite clear isn't it?

You export your data from your previous install, make a new database
install the new version and import the backup again. Thats it. No file
replacement huzzle.
